The hospital has been part of the local community since 1939 to
approximately 8,000 patients a year.
In 2008, the American Nurses Credentialing Center awarded us Magnet status for nursing excellence. We are one of only a handful of hospitals in the country -- less than six percent -- to achieve this status. Magnet status means that we have a world-class nursing organization that provides quality patient care and has a track record of developing innovations.
